The Best of the Best has adapted the following principles
in order to give the competitors in the Midwest region
the closest experience possible to competing in an
International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation governed
competition. We intend to accomplish this in the
following manner:

- The Best of the Best will be governed by IBJJF rules

executing this type of competition. The rules of the IBJJF
are the most complete and tested, thus their adaption by
this organization. The Best of the Best consists of the
following; a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament, a no-gi jiu jitsu
competition, and professional SuperFights.
