Bryce Teager is a Certified
Strength and Conditioning
NSCA and a Certified
Weightlifting Club Coach
through (USAW). Bryce worked
as a Strength and Conditioning
coach at the University of
Nebraska at Omaha for three
years before joining Optimum
Fitness in 2006. At Wayne State
he was a 3 year starter in
football, and he made the
Dean's List for 8 semesters.
Teager is a Two-time National
Championship qualifier and
holds 5 state Weightlifting
titles. In addition to
weightlifting, Bryce has
competed in Powerlifting,
Strongman events, Submission
Wrestling, and Mixed Martial
Arts. Bryce is the MCC
Lightweight Champion. Bryce
and his wife Christy are new
parents of their daughter Zoe.
